Damian has a wealth of experience in sales having worked in the recruitment world since the age of 21, starting his career as a Trainee Consultant for a Redditch-based agency. It was his time at this agency that taught him the fundamental recruitment principles across the Industrial, Commercial and Catering sectors. Following a short career break to travel the globe, Damian returned and joined a corporate recruitment agency, spending several years learning all about operations across the corporate sector. He was soon promoted to Branch Manager, and later Area Manager taking up various mentoring positions and overseeing large corporate accounts.
In 2016, Damian decided to put his 16 years experience into creating his own unique brand with a focus on the local area and beyond. Today Damian looks after all day-to-day operations at Swift Temps and still plays a proactive role in supporting clients and candidates alike.
Emma is in her 14th year in Recruitment she started her journey in administration and payroll , working her way through the ranks and has worked on Cartering,commercial and driving desks. Emma has found her biggest success has been within the Industrial sector, Emma has a calm persona and always looks at the best possible outcome to any issues she is faced with. Emma enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family which includes her 3 dogs.

Ross Wright started his recruitment career in 2001 as a Trainee Consultant for a local agency. Ross used the five years at this business to develop his career through regular promotions, even being draughted-in to recover struggling branches. Today, Ross works from the St.Helens office providing proactive support in finance and business strategy. Ross left the board of Swift Temps Midlands in 2019 to concentrate on the expansion within Swift Group.
Marzena co-ordinates staff and resource at onsite locations. Marzena started work as a Barmaid in Poland but entered the Industrial sector when arriving in the UK. She has been a picker \ Packer, parcel sorter and eventually assisting with an agency supplier as an agency supervisor. This led to Marzena gaining experience in onsite locations and dealing with up to 250 staff across various shifts. Marzena has a cheeky sense of humour, She enjoys travel and spending time with her Daughter.
Becky supports the Swift teams by providing Marketing support at all levels. She is a highly experienced Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Insitute of Marketing. Throughout her career to date, Bec has re-branded multi-million-pound businesses, managed bid submissions up to £26m in value, worked on large-scale website projects and devised and executed a wide range of integrated marcomms campaigns.
Kim is the recruitment and payroll administrator at Swift Temps and has been a member of the team since July 2017. Kim has over a decade of experience in the office environment, bringing an efficient and proactive approach when working with clients and candidates alike.
When not at work Kim enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks and working-out at the gym.
Jane is a focused and driven Recruitment Consultant with an eye on exceeding all clients and employers expectations. Operating at a level within time critical and volume driven operations Jane possess the experience, drive and ambition to deliver exceptional service coupled with high standards. In her spare time Jane enjoys spending time with her family, socialising, keeping fit and always looking to try new pursuits.
With a career spanning over 20 years in the industry, Head of Permanent Recruitment, Claire supports organisations across the UK in identifying and sourcing quality candidates for their business. An excellent cross-sector recruiter, Claire has a particular specialism in Engineering and senior-level Management and can offer her detailed knowledge and experience to both Clients and candidates alike. When not at work Claire is a keen runner and can be found training for a variety of distance events. She also enjoys having adventures with her family and fundraising for charity.
Having worked in a manufacturing environment welding for 2 years, Hannah has gained first-hand knowledge of the industry which has given her a fantastic insight into the areas she now specializes within. She started her career in recruitment in 2016 and today, Hannah works in the Midlands office recruiting for top candidates for permanent positions within the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. She is tenacious and dedicated, showing true professionalism with both clients and candidates. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and going to the gym.
With a Sales career spanning over 20 years, James is a focussed and dedicated Professional who assists both clients and candidates to reach the best outcome in their search. With experience in Agricultural Machinery & Farming roles, Insurance, Construction & Surveying, Technical roles & specialist Technician positions, James brings a varied knowledge and skill set to accommodate even the most challenging of roles. Outside of work James is a devoted family man who loves to spend time with his two daughters, his wife and his two Doberman pets and also is a keen sports fan, in particular he loves to watch boxing and football.
With a background in sales spanning over 15 years Clare joins the Permanent Division bringing her experience in Sales Recruitment to the team.
