We can’t believe it’s been an entire year since our Preston office launched and what a year it has been! Since doors opened on the 6th of November 2020, our talented team have worked hard to establish themselves as a trusted recruitment partner for businesses across Lancashire. Initially a one-man office in the form of Dave Copsey (Branch Manager), we quickly added new talent to the team in Amy Creswell (Recruitment Resourcer) and Shannon McCreadie (Trainee Resourcer). We haven’t stopped there. This month, a fourth addition will be joining our team as we continue to expand our comprehensive range of recruitment services.

We place a strong focus on customer service at the centre of everything we do and pride ourselves on thoroughly understanding our client’s business. This has been recognised by our customers over the last year; so much so, that we’ve increased our portfolio of new and existing clients, working on some exciting projects in the process.

Our recruitment consultants also conduct regular after-placement meetings and provide a high-level of aftercare to ensure both parties are happy once employment has begun.

We’re proud to have played an integral role in the growth of our clients over the last year, helping many to recover or regain market share following the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In the space of 12 months, we’ve onboarded 15 new customers across the industrial and warehousing sectors, helping them to fulfil a range of business-critical requirements.
